Urban Digital Media uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Urban Digital Media or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
• eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Urban Digital Media.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 7-10 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

The shipping products is provided by Australia Post eParcel or Australia Post parcel post. Please provide a physical delivery address where someone is likely to be available to accept the delivery during business hours. Most products have the shipping cost included in the price. Please check the details of the item being purchased if shipping is included. We aim to ship all orders, where products are in stock, within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia and are subject to the limitations of our third party carriers. All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when we despatch . If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
Refunds and returns
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has been return and is deemed to be faulty. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
